Recomendaciones / Recommendations
- Llevar vuestra botella reutilizable para hidratarse antes y durante la actividad / Take your reusable water bottle with you before and during the activity.
- Llevar ropa cómoda y calzado deportivo cerrado (no se recomiendan chanclas) / Wear comfortable clothes and closed sports shoes (flip-flops are not recommended).
- Utilizar protección solar / Use sun protection.
- Niños menores de 7 años deberán ir acompañados de mayores a su cargo / Children under 7 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

En ECOMAR llevamos desde 1999 cuidando el mar con nuestras Experiencias Ecomar. Somos pioneros en España en limpieza de costas con niños y queremos seguir creando una red de voluntarios para que cada vez seamos más y de esa manera lograr un cambio de tendencia.
Nuestras Experiencias Ecomar son de acción, pero sobre todo de concienciación y realizamos actividades educativas donde impartimos un Taller Azul de limpieza de costas y como reciclar correctamente y trasmitimos la importancia de “cerrar el grifo” si queremos detener la llegada de residuos a nuestros mares.

In ECOMAR we have been taking care if the sea since 1999 with our Ecomar Experiences. We are pioneers in Spain in coastal cleanup with children and we want to continue creating a network of volunteers so than there are more and more of us and thus achieve a change of trend.
Our Ecomar Experiences are about action, but above all about awareness. We host educational activities where we teach our Blue Workshop on coastal cleaning and how to properly recycle. We transmit the importance of “turning off the tap” and acting at the source of the waste that ends up in our seas. SIGN UP-it’s part of the solution.
